Issue: June 2017

Welcome to the June edition of the HousingPeople newsletter. The Award season continues with receptions being held in New Zealand during June and two upcoming receptions in Sydney and Melbourne in July, we have been overwhelmed with the inspiring stories!

In June we had a record number of Certified Housing Professional (CHP) applicants. Unis Goh, past AHI Director and one of the newly accredited housing professionals said: "The accreditation by AHI, an independent, membership based professional association is a must do. It was long overdue for me to act! Well, now that I am accredited, I am most delighted and proud that I passed the test finally! It allows me to persuade my peer colleagues to get up and do it! It adds to our professional credential as well as enable us to strive for professional excellence in improving equal housing opportunity for people in an inclusive society". Please, join Unis and apply for the CHP accreditation today!

We are proud to share inspirational housing career stories in our new HousingINFO section - Career in Housing. Please share your stories with us and your fellow housing colleagues.
