One of Western Australia’s largest Community Housing providers, Access Housing has nearly 2,000 homes under management housing more than 3,000 people across the Perth, Peel and South West regions. It also has a property development program of approximately 70 new constructions annually. Driven by a commitment to enhance opportunities for people in need through the provision of affordable housing solutions, it is tangibly making a difference to the lives of Western Australians seeking affordable, sustainable homes.
Reporting to the Chief Executive the General Manager is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. With responsibility for a large operational budget you will drive strategic and operational improvements in the delivery of tenancy services across Access Housing’s regional and metropolitan rental portfolios.
This will include:
- Leadership of the Operations, Business Development, Programs and Policy teams;
- Driving a program of continuous systems and process improvement;
- Engaging with the public, NFP and private sector stakeholders;
- Seeking to create business opportunities that are aligned with the
company’s strategic goals and objectives;
- Occupational Health & Safety.
Culturally aligned to the values of Access Housing, it is envisaged that you will possess previous senior leadership experience in a service delivery environment. With strong interpersonal skills and business acumen you will also have the ability to function in a constantly changing environment, all the while engendering a best practice in customer service in your team.
